Avoiding Probate with Trusts
Over years of estate planning practice, Bradford & Hollliman attorneys have seen trusts work well (and avoid probate) and trusts that missed the goal and didn’t avoid probate. A well-written revocable trust is just the starting point. You have to follow up and fund the trust completely in order to avoid probate and maintain the privacy a trust offers.
